POLICIES -A card is required to have on file for all clients. -All new clients must fill out a new client consent form. This can be found after booking an appointment, the agreement form should pop up. -Please do not bring any extra guests to your appointment. -I have a 15 minute grace period for every appointment. After 15 minutes I have to cancel the appointment and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If you arrive late within the 15 minutes a $10 late fee will be charged. -I charge an additional $20 for foreign fills. -I do not offer refunds but if you are unhappy with your lashes I can offer a free removal. -If you chose not to have a patch test done and have an allergic reaction, I am not held liable due to the consent form. -If an appointment is canceled, rescheduled, or no call no show less than 24 hours to the appointment time, a 50% service fee will be charged for my time. There are no exceptions to this policy. -Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick, have any sort of eye infection such as a stye, have lice, etc. NEW CLIENTS -Please come 5-10 minutes early to find my building and so we can have a quick consultation -Please fill out the new client form before your appointment as I cannot perform a service on you until this is completed. -Please come with clean lashes, no eye makeup or mascara -Masks are not required but if you would feel more comfortable having us both wear one during your appointment just let me know! -Please no guests -Cash/Zelle is preferred

Cancellation Policy

I charge a cancellation fee of 50% when an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
